In a Laanscapes first, join me as I post-process my images start-to-finish. We’ll cover my current workflow and use the latest software updates as I show you how my creative process changed over the years. Big focus on the “How” as well as the “Why”.
Raw editing, Light FX, Mood, Sharpening, Export, Luminosity Masking... it’s all included.
What can I expect?
I’ll set aside a few raw files beforehand. And we’ll work on them over the course of 2 hours. At least one will be taken from the raw stage all the way to an image that’s ready to share on social media or your website. Here are a few finished examples of recent work, developed using my current workflow. I will make sure to add a diversity of images, and aside from a start-to-finish session, will also pay attention to small tips that will help your images. Convinced? Then SCROLL DOWN. All the information continues below.

FAQ
What’s a Discord?
Discord is a chat and video conferencing app aimed at online gamers. Due to its good quality video and audio feed, low latency and excellent user interface, it’s currently the best we have with over 200 million monthly active users. You do not need to download the app, as it works in the browser too, but you do need to create an account at Discord.com. Here’s the support if you’re struggling.
Can you help me setup my Discord?
No. Unfortunately, I do not offer technical support. By joining, you acknowledge that you have a slight degree of understanding computer programs and the use of the internet. I’m a photographer, not an IT-guy. Here’s the support if you’re struggling.
Why is it not free?
My time and experience are valuable.
Will you record the webinar (and offer it for free later?)
I will attempt to record it, but can’t promise it will work. I can’t promise if and when it will ever come online. It will not be put on YouTube. It will never be free.
Can I ask you questions during the webinar?
No. I expect there to be at least 10 people, but possibly around 50. We will not get any work done if I answer everybody’s questions. However, there is an option to ask me questions in advance only as you get a ticket for this event. I will attempt to answer some questions during the webinar as I’m editing and you’re watching.
There will not be any option to talk with me during the webinar. It’s a live post-processing session, dedicated to those who are visual learners.
Can I see you? Can you see me and what about others?
No and depends. I will not record my face. You will not need a talking head to learn post-processing. This is not YouTube nor a video call. Therefore, it’s up to you if you want to share your video feed to me or others in the room, but I recommend you don’t.
Is it subtitled, is it in my language?
No. The webinar is held in English (with a fine Dutch accent), although I try my best to fake an American accent.
Can I edit along with you?
I recommend you don’t. You will probably get behind. Also, I will not share these raw files or any intermediate images. If you are interested in that, I recommend you get a post-processing video tutorial instead.
Will there be more webinars?
That fully depends on the success of this one, but I’ve had the idea of doing themes:
Fine-Art Intimate Landscape Photography
Stormscape Composites
Photoshop for Beginners
TK Actions (Luminosity Masking) for Beginners
Twilight Seascapes 2024 Workflow
Mushrooms!
